The pads is a very hard pc to make because it must be adapted to all foot forms. His main goal is to ensure the junction between your board and reduce impacts.
Adding to the footstrap, it must place your feet in a perfect position.
To abtain a higher quality, we have choosen the injection, because a pads is two
essentials things : a form and a foam.
TECHNOLOGY :
Double Density Foam :
The softer top part offer reduce lower impacts and adapt the pads to the foot form.
The harder bottom part reduce the strongest impacts
Injected foam :
The choice of the density and the qualité of memorisation are essentials for the comfort and the respect of abilities to reduce durably
Hollow cones :
To otimize the weight and the absorber, we have placed holes where the pressure in navigation is allowed
ERGONOMICS :

Can have the ankle in axis of the leg and well placed the foot towards to external, for a perfect riding position.
Anti-Forward Profile :
Height under front foot to avoid sliding
Anti-twist :
The heel is settled towards external, reducing the twisting
Maxi Heel Thickness :
We have increased the foam thickness under the heel for a good absorber.
